Understanding Yourself

Matthew 11-28: Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

Through the bad experiences, or hard experiences. I understood some blessings, at the same time found some answers  from God throught the Scriptures.  I try to understand many things more, it could be the destiny that God assigned me my mission in this life. So these events taught me the values and the same time I know by myself, everything is the same important to find the way, the bad and good moments in my life, and sometimes is necessary touch deeper is important to understand my present.

I would like to share with you, how it is possible to apply the love unfeigned to parents.

When my Father was sick of   chronic renal insufficiency, an illness that almost killed my father, so I decided to donate my kidney. After this event, I still feel satisfied with me, and I know that I serve as son of God. I remember of Jesus Christ taught us many values, I have one like him, the be valiant, for that I feel very happy for this achievement.     

I consider that forgiveness is a value and at the same time one act of love, when I felt affected by others person, when there was a mistake, as infidelity and betrayal, I understand because I’m human too, and anyone can be tempted, for that reason I try to forgive, and overcome soon-

For the natural man is an enemy to God, and has been from the fall of Adam. I have to understand that I wish to become as a child, humble patient and full of love and loyal to God for ever.

To me is a great tool to become as a child. There are not ties. I wish to express through of my eyes the same as a child expresses. That is one of my goal, to pursue every day to be meek, humble, patient, full of love, willing to submit to all things which the Lord wants.

One quality of me, is love to kids, I feel very happy when I have the opportunity to play with them, it’s funny to me, I don't know where this came from, but I feel happy playing with them. So I love when my kids were born, I felt very happy with them, because I have the opportunity to teach and learn with them also. Is amazing when I see in my kids one part of me, this is a gift to understand of one part of me stay in my kids and the same time every one is unique like me.

I think that I have a good ability, my reflexes, I can't forget when I save the life of my sister, she was a girl and tried to cross the road running, but suddenly, I react, and  catch of her dress a short distance, in that moment one car pass faster, I have the fortune to avoid one accident  with my sister, she never knows what happen, because was too young, this just I know that happened.

My weakness:  was bad experience a divorce, as result was lose one's self-confidence. I had work with me during almost three years, begin to connecting with me again was slow. I had bad experience with the last relationship

But occasionally necessary try again and find solution, to my fears and looking for other opportunity to keep on or make a new

Relationship. Anyway I had to do one step forward, and begin again after a hard

lesson,  also I understand some things, therefore, looking for sense to live my life, and my sincere desire to be better person, was the most important thing to me, for that I determined to look to our Heavenly Father. and ask him with all my heart for a new opportunity, and he heard me, and months later I met to my wife, she was living very far from Mexico, she was born in Philippines and was living in Spain and she was a Mormon, a big gift for me, we are a couple since fifteen years ago and we have a three kids. My testimony is whether we ask heartily and pray God answer us.

I don't like my weaknesses, as sensation of anxiety when the stuff doesn't work well, I know that I need to trust in God and be patient, but sometimes I lost the control, so I have to be  little by little be patient and be smart, I think  a solution comes always.

I think that I'm fortunate because God have answer when I need of him, and the Angels They are with me or the Spirit, because I feel that protect to me every day.

 Guilt, was a ghost that followed me for a long time, and many questions in my mind.

I had to go with the psychologist to talk about me for a long time. And I saw that I was empty without love, without dreams, boring, and sad. Till perhaps I needed some recognition, I think just I needed a little of love, to take strength by my parents, although I was younger, we still need words of generosity and push no limits for anyone. I felt alone in these times, I was rebel, but the heart needs, the love cure.

Rafael Manzanilla: He was the first person that got me a job, I still remember him, I`m grateful.

Rafael Foulloux: Help me to looking for myself, in a crisis moment of my life.

Mr. Samuel: Smart advising by Mr. Samuel. When I donated the kidney to my father, days after the surgery he motivated me, and advised me about my behavior with my father in the future. It was the best thing that could happen in that moment of my life. He recommended to me to be always humble, respectful, and don't touch this theme with my father, and never reproach. After this conversation I could understand many things, also to practice time to give love, without expecting nothing in return. Great lesson Mr. Samuel gave me.  After 25 years I still remember him and I feel grateful and happy because we still have our dad. My father is still alive. 

Charles: I have a few real friends, I mean I had because he’s die. And I know that he's continue working in heaven close with our Heavenly Father. He was there for me to get over a bad relationship that I had.

Mrs. Elvia Díaz,  She trusted on me. One day I knocked her door, and I asked to lease me her land, because I want make a business.

Abel Matutes: Without knowing me, he trusted on me, and gave me the opportunity to worked and give me housing in the Caribbean with all my family, during ten years.  I had improvement in my  area of Information Technology...  for that I felt grateful with him.

Confusion:  Sometimes I felt in this situation, pay attention time, is begin with see around of environment, is the best moment to change some things, maybe is serve time the Heavenly Father too,  this give dignity as person at the same time happiness.

Failure: I had bad moments, but this kind of events make me to think different, and be humble front of life, and the same time wants to improve.

Anxiety: I think, that is the moment to stay with myself, and take a lot time to put in order my mind. Because many times I wants to run before to walking, I really think little by little I can be far, I must to stop to reload my goals.

Indiscipline: indiscipline: is the moment to search new ways to do my obligations, motivate me and write my next goals. Even if I couldn't reach something in short  time,

Sadness: comes out with exercise or some activity. the best activity to me is  pray to Heavenly Father, put my will on his hands.

Plan for how you will deal with negative thoughts or feelings

Serve or help people, is the best way to be happy

make a visit our brethren.

I need to be connected with myself although others demand me time

the first factor is to be alert of my feelings.

the second factor, is observing what happened around me

third, is necessary patience, and practice

fourth. change the thoughts negatives to positive, i mean: think in one positive thing to change the mood.

Relaxing time

I like to breathe deep and walk for a long time, another technique that I learned to be relax is warm my hands, all this  practice I do it, If I had a bad day or  a bad mood.

This list illustrate my hope and my wishes, the mission is constant in my life, all of these it is  possible with the help of my Heavenly Father, that I ask with love, don't forget about me please. 

Be a servant of Heavenly Father.

Pray every day is to be close to God.

I would like to see as a child would do.

I would like have the nobleness of a child.

Maintain motivation to help others.

Persistence to reach my dreams.

Maintain noble thoughts.... is the reflection of my heart.

Love and share.

Keep in touch with my kids. They need my love.

To love my wife.

Dream with my angels.

To be grateful.

Every moment to be kind.

Honor my parents.

Always be sincere.

Always looking for the light of the spirit.

Don’t forget to be humble.

Never lose hope.
