Mr. Samuel: Smart advising by Mr. Samuel. When I donated the kidney
to my father, days after the surgery he motivated me, and advised me about my
behavior with my father in the future. It was the best thing that could happen in
that moment of my life. He recommended to me to be always humble, respectful, and
don't touch this theme with my father, and never reproach. After this
conversation I could understand many things, also to practice time to give
love, without expecting nothing in return. Great lesson Mr. Samuel gave me. After 25 years I
still remember him and I feel grateful and happy because we still have our dad. My father is still alive.
Charles: I have a few real friends, I mean I had because he’s die. And
I know that he's continue working in heaven close with our Heavenly Father. He
was there for me to get over a bad relationship that I had.
Mrs. Elvia Díaz, She trusted on me. One day I knocked her door, and I asked to lease me
her land, because I want make a business.
Abel Matutes: Without knowing me, he trusted on me, and gave me the
opportunity to worked and give me housing in the Caribbean with all my family,
during ten years. I had improvement in my area of Information Technology... for that I felt grateful with him.

Confusion: Sometimes I felt in this situation, pay
attention time, is begin with see around of environment, is the best moment to
change some things, maybe is serve time the Heavenly Father too, this give dignity as person at the same time
happiness.
Failure: I had bad moments,
but this kind of events make me to think different, and be humble front of
life, and the same time wants to improve.
Anxiety: I think, that is
the moment to stay with myself, and take a lot time to put in order my mind. Because
many times I wants to run before to walking, I really think little by little I
can be far, I must to stop to reload my goals.
Indiscipline: indiscipline: is
the moment to search new ways to do my obligations, motivate me and write my
next goals. Even if I couldn't reach something in short time,
Sadness: comes out with
exercise or some activity. the best activity to me is pray to Heavenly Father, put my will on his
hands.
Serve or help people, is the best way to be happy
make a visit our brethren.
I need to be connected with myself although others demand me time
the first factor is to be alert of my feelings.
the second factor, is observing what happened around me
third, is necessary patience, and practice
fourth. change the thoughts negatives to positive, i mean: think in one positive thing to
change the mood.
Relaxing time
I like to breathe deep and walk for a long time, another technique that I learned to be relax is warm my hands, all this practice I do it, If I had a bad day or a bad mood.
